If when you went back they told you Tuesday was your day off that week, wouldn't you be arguing that while you were on annual leave your days off were Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday?

Playing fast and lose with the rules with regards to "non working days" during annual leave.
What next?
I can do a back shift because technically I wouldn't have been working those hours boss?
Nobody says I'm off for 5 of the 7 days next week do they?
If you're on annual leave for a week you're on annual leave for the full week. :cuppa

The Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday would be whoever was covering your duty's day off .
