Our revision went in but they have now thrown it out as there has been 1000 houses built in our area and want to redo the walks again and want an additional 120 hours taken out our small office of 25 walks
Like to know how this is going to happen
How many walks back onto the site where the new housing estate as been built?
there is 3 new estates so about 4 walks

My gut feeling is that RM will just divide the DPs for the new builds up between the walks that back onto them

Our revision was due to be implemented very shortly. It has been delayed.
We have had no vote on the proposals - it is unlikely we will.
The rumour is the revision will be implemented on the new due date even if no repick has taken place.

Sounds like this will be the way forward for most offices.
So much for trust and transparency.
We haven't heard a thing about ours but I fully expect a bodged job, with only those who already know which duty they want to stay on/pick having any say in it, then a take it or leave it 'it was the best deal on the table' ultimatum for the rest of the grunts.

yup, arrived at work today at 6.25 and one guy had already prepped 2 duties and d2d's for the week.
What is wrong with these maniacs? Imagine going in to asda to start stacking shelves an hour before your start time, it’s complete insanity. It’s the biggest thing the union should be all over tackling.
should all be sorted with the agreement...if it was any good.

Ours has been done, the 2 largest walks have been left alone as it was too difficult to sort out where to put the extra and just the two smallest walks have had 1 street added to them from another duty.
Theyve totally forgot the 1000 houses currently being built in the area and theyve moved our start times back 2 hours but forgot to tell the lads that bring the mail to us that we wont be open when they come to us at the normal time.

No change in your office this year.
All offices will have a structured revision over the next 2 years. It is unlikely there will be no change when that happens.

Ours looks a huge mess , too many hours bein ripped outta office by a mile . Duties taken out , but 1000s of new builds near built . All about savings , no input by us the ppl that actually do the duties . Deal with the carnage once we put it on , nothing ever changes .

You should get a vote on the duty patterns and then the revision once it’s all planned out, that’s if it’s structural.

According to Pullinger Royal Fail are sticking to the 4 pillars agreement of a 35hr week from April 2022 so how will that impact any revision ?
