Most of the staff arent interested , only a few pairings have gave there views on a few duties ( which are impossible) , meaning they will just force it in regardless. ( they dont listen to us postys anyway) Arguements, cut offs, stress, none of us can see the point in this huge upheaval . Its been a stressful year and bit for everyone, then this ,, .

Increasing duties to 5 hours, just done 6 1/2 hours today. On rural route, can always find somewhere to stop & then use hand sanitizer.

Yes as a woman, this is not an option in several regards. You do realise that women also work on delivery? The CWU women's page doesn't even mention this, it's unbelievable.
