pt went to canteen before start time
no ft in our / my section started before time
mgmt have been told to apply terms

My guess is it is a Northern Region thing.
One of the Regional directors has a bee in his bonnet about start times.

I think it's even more local than that,possibly dsm/area level.
If it is "Team North" ...I Haven't heard anything about it.

We are in NE area and our rep has been made aware of this. They have been given a copy and been told to follow it from now on I think. Not sure our dom will be happy about some things in it but its agreed at director level as they have signed it at the bottom. From what I have been told, a lot of the input in the document was from someone who addressed the postal forum at the conference in Liverpool the other week.
