That criteria is hilarious. Our office hasn't been achieving this since the last f**k up of a revision made virtually every duty impossible. Not only that some of the payments rely on national targets being hit when we know these cuts have wrecked nearly all the offices. The only way we're getting anything is if the numbers are manipulated and that's one thing that RM excels at.

Work to dark o clock everyday for 250 quid as the uk wide clearance aint happening so other 250 not achievable...and to top it all off if you extend everyday your hourly rate goes down after x amount of hourswonder if some people still think its good the company offering us extra coin over xmas.

The cynic in me thinks they have produced this scheme and subsequent targets knowing full well that its unachievable and wont be paying out all that much but hoping it's enough to go to Ofcom and government and say they tried to deliver on the USO.

I think its' best that we all just pretend it doesn't exist and stop talking about it. We know its bollox and most of us wont see a penny.

Well the criteria to meet the payments could not be achieved before the screwed up revisions so there's no chance now.

I predict absolutely no one will get paid anything for the national bonus, very few will get any of the local bonus money and absolutely no one will get the maximum local bonus!

Can't see the point of this? Why come up with a scheme that hardly anyone will benefit from and why are the union touting this as some kind a great achievement on their part?

My out there theory is they’ve introduced this scheme so they can blame us when Christmas goes badly wrong. ‘Well we put everything in place and even offered our team a very generous bonus but they just didn’t rise to the challenge, so yep sorry about that, you’ll get your stuff in January. Maybe.’

In previous years they’ve been able to blame COVID, managers not hiring vans, strikes. This year it’s our fault for just not reaching high enough for those stars.

We are expecting to make any incentive payments by the end of January.

It won't feel much like a Christmas bonus then.

Ahhh maybe they're hoping to get to 98% of addresses getting at least one delivery each week.
Now that could be doable with a small amount of effort. 98% on 6 or even just 5 days each week...nah never gonna happen
