Had my first one yesterday got to the house the parcel had a collect plus label on it. She found the Royal Mail label stuck that on it and the barcodes didn’t match. I just took the parcel and put it down as uncollected. I was at the house for 10 minutes which was far to long.

I had my first one the other day. Won't go into too much detail, but I was at their house for over 5 minutes.

Actually Hermes parcels can be dropped off at a collection point or collected from the customer, and for below 1kg the cost of collection is 72p....

Actually Hermes parcels can be dropped off at a collection point or collected from the customer, and for below 1kg the cost of collection is 72p....

Most tell you to drop it at a local shop newsagent or small grocery shop in the area you don't even pay for it as amazon print the postage off you only need a printer and a box and to get to the shop!

Why are you so silly? You took an item then put it down as not collected because the barcode didn’t match. What sort of people do Royal Mail employ! If it doesn’t match you don’t collect

Are you for real? If it doesn’t match what is on your PDA you don’t collect. Some people are unbelievable. Why would you take an item that has not been paid for?
