DM26 - Attention of Martin Walsh

I'm not suggesting the number of bags each duty should be, as it's such an arbitrary unit of measurement. The only unit of measurement that matters is time. It's really not hard to calculate the average time that the average person has taken to complete (or not) every duty in an office. Maybe I've missed it, but surely there should have been some sort of Maximum Duty Delivery time check in the appendix before going into DM26? We've got start times, finish times, break times, but zero on dispatch time, last letter time etc.

I asked the reps if they could get me a print out of the loop times and the attendance calls for the loops that the duties where based on , and guess what they didnt have a clue as they have done it , so what chance does any of the staff have ,

Slogging, as I was, through a walk that didn't shift on Friday (some kind of mistake, surely?) I had plenty of time to think and I realised that as I enter the middle of my fourth week of DM26 I haven't so much as glanced at a third frame. I now genuinely wonder if the singletons are actually doing/trying to do 1-on-2, like 50/50 but across two frames.

Two more weeks of 'trialling' this nonsense. I hope they add even more walks back. We've still got plenty of retired duty numbers available from the last twenty years of cuts - a whole 24 left over from SDD!
