Yes our Short Tuesday was ruined by Postal Voting letters, but today was also a pain as the tax office are doing their usual thing of sending multiple envelopes to the same person at the same address (why do they do that) and as a lot on my walk are on Tax Credits I had loads today. Ah well day off tomorrow the 2 more days at work and then I am off for 2 weeks to celebrate me birthday.

The walk is very very heavy today for me as it is 8 bags and yesterday I only done 2 bags. Arrgghh. I am pissed off with Sorting duty as I don't want to spend 1 hr 45 mins on sorting. It should not exceed 1hr in my opinion.

Shouldn't that be a national holiday Teebs ? Will Yorkshire be open? - I am going over to Keighley for a few days and don't want to be turned back at the border because of the celebrations.

Keighley thats the posh bit you should be ok. Ill be out of Yorkshire so Yes they will probably be celebrating.

Make sure your jabs are up to date though dont want you being refused entry when you try to cross the border back into the West Pennines.

Is that IPS or prep because if you're only spending 1hr45mins on either then you're getting away easy. 2 1/2 hours on prep this morning plus 1 1/2 in IPS.

Not exactly light but the longs and shorts arrangement is not matching the mail patterns (as we could have told them lol) once again it's a case of extended delivery on a short day and finishing earlier on a long day - and they've just given me an extra £400 for this as well - if tomorrows mail matches what we had on last Friday's 9 hour day I will be delighted. And when they manage to get what we should have had through to us in time for our 7 hour Saturday I can send up another docket rocket. By the time the good weather comes I should have enough put by to be having a few postie party's in the garden. Hanging baskets look so much better viewed through a half full glass of cold Stella.
