So around £12 for me, woopie. And no cap on the amount of shite, I foresee a cut-off every single day. The agreement does say adequate hours must be provided to do them so stuff them. Work to your time brothers.BELIAL wrote:PT's won't be very happy, the £20 is pro rata
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Re: £20.60 D2D supplement!!
We have had our new delivery duties all ready to start, set up by the gio route based on 80% of your delivery per day .
We have lost two rural deliveries and had a walk put back in ,so a loss of 40 hours from our small 15 duty office .
I have been told by my DOM this is now going to be scrapped because the new agreement is having duties based on 100% deliveries mon-sat to incorporate more d2d. So every house every day "GREAT"

EL, you are the only one I know who gets d2d money for not doing them as you admitted. Lay off the reserves you know nothing about them. Shut it matey OK?

Where do u get 80 pound a week from i dont see that anywhere are u joking??BELIAL wrote:That's true ,they might have negotiated an extra £80 onto weekly basic to get us up to average pay so getting stiffed on D2D won't seem so badCut Off King wrote:If this is voted through then my wages will be £20.60 + £3.01 CWU subs when I cancel union membership !POSTMAN wrote:£20.60 weekly D2D supplement!!
Due to a slightly larger pay rise.
And it's official.
I don't want to leave the CWU but I won't fund a union that fights to REDUCE my pay
We'll know more when the full agreement is published so that we can make a propper desision

Re: £20.60 D2D supplement!!
It would be funny if it wasn't so tragic. Some of our PT walks are 700+ drops, 3 lots of D2D are currently around £34 and they'll be doing 5 lots for £12?BELIAL wrote:PT's won't be very happy, the £20 is pro rata
I'm glad Dave Ward backed up his claims of 'wringing every last penny out of RM' - Tolhurst must have been p*ssing himself laughing whenever he left the room.

Well I know one walk that is 950 calls long, covered by a part timer.....do the maths on that and let me know if this £20.60 looks attractive

I still can't believe it,i keep thinking it's a misprint D2D supplement pro-rata?
How the hell can you justify paying P/T staff less for the same work.
It sounds borderline illegal.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

Re: £20.60 D2D supplement!!
If it was one or two pages then maybe it would be a wind up, but nobody would go to the trouble of faking a 90 page document!spilie wrote:fishtank i suspect a full time wind up going on here, which would normally be funny but considering the situation about as funny as piles
Maybe the CWU could use it as their slogan?
'The new agreement, so good you'll think it' a wind up'
