If the third highest area has just over half of offices achieving the target, can we assume that the average is well below half? Any actual numbers out there.

I wonder how many offices are not reaching the target each week? pretty sure we're failing.

They are telling us to still leave mail in frames so I can't see us reaching the targets especially regarding the USO
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.

It's called the race to the bottom RM are winning and also dragging well over 100,000 British citizens down with them.

Don't think anyone in MCs will give a s**t about the targets as we've got no chance, with all the DOs in our area also having to clear for us to get the local bonus, something that there's not a chance in hell of ever happening. The national bonus, no one was ever going to get that as you would never get however many DOs there are nationally all clearing everydayscoobymunster wrote: ↑01 Dec 2023, 18:18I wonder how many offices are not reaching the target each week? pretty sure we're failing.

Don't ask me how we are doing it, but we've hit local targets virtually every week, according to our managers, who get us in a huddle at the start of each week to tell us so, even though we fail walks regularly - this morning we were told the pot stands at £150 or £125, one of the two ...

Yep we hit ours again last week. Nice little pot building up to go on top of the regular bonus. Was also told it will be paid end of January.

Unbelievably we have hit the target every week so far and in target for this week with the office cleared everyday. Supposedly the only one in the area but the higher ups are saying it's costing too much money so we will probably have an overtime ban next week

Week 1 was 25, weeks 2 and 3 were 50 each week, it's in the first post of the topic. So if office hit local target for the first 3 weeks it's 125.theotherone wrote: ↑06 Dec 2023, 18:56Max would be £75 quid 3 x 25jbo5066 wrote: ↑04 Dec 2023, 16:00Don't ask me how we are doing it, but we've hit local targets virtually every week, according to our managers, who get us in a huddle at the start of each week to tell us so, even though we fail walks regularly - this morning we were told the pot stands at £150 or £125, one of the two ...

Re: RMCtv : The 'They have only gone and got an extra 25 squid bonus' thread
There’s been no mention in our office of whether we’ve hit the target or not in either of the weeks so far— surely a sign we haven’t as otherwise it would be proudly pasted on the noticeboards. According to a relief manager last week, we were doing well on some days and clearing in excess of the target for tracked and were scraping through on USO locally but were then collectively underperforming on other days meaning we might not hit it…

As usual we haven't been told anything about anything, the tracked has cleared as always but we certainly haven't made the target for mail, according to our "Phg" the manager isn't always quite truthful when reporting so I wouldn't be surprised if we actually got paid some of it.Nickvilla20 wrote: ↑06 Dec 2023, 20:49Was told my office hit it on week one and not heard anything about it since.
