Whatever the result, it will be deliveries that have accepted or rejected it. With MC and RDC staff being outnumbered by at least 2:1 (got to be at least 3:1 by now), what we thin doesn't matter
You really don't understand this do you?
MCs don't vote as a block.
Deliveries don't vote as a block.
Members will have accepted or rejected it.
Where they work is irrelevant.
You're the one who doesn't understand it. If enough delivery staff vote for one option, then even all RDC and MC staff voting for the other option won't make any difference. It's not rocket science :cuppa
If enough people with brown hair vote for one option, then even all the blond and gingers voting for another option won't make any difference...

If enough men vote for one option it won't matter what anyone else votes...

If enough English members vote for one option it won't matter what Scottish members vote..

This rocket science could go on all night.

Point is the members will have decided and the responsibility for that decision and more importantly the consequences will rest with all the members.

That's how this works.

And the point of this logic is what, SP?

That you shouldn’t bother voting?
That the responsibility for each decision rests solely with delivery?
That only delivery staff should be allowed to vote as theirs is the only vote that counts?

What?

Blame CWU HQ we all voted for action back in February 97% they were shouting it from the rooftops and caved in two months later. It is not the workers be they mailcenter or delivery or distribution the facts are the top brass bottled it!

Apart from the payrise it only affected deliveries. The axing of the mail flights would/will have happened anyway, with the inevitable later starts. Would you rather that MCs and RDCs could block stuff that DOs want in votes? :cuppa
