Pushing trollies up hills and steep inclines
Is their guidance on gradient specs for this please
Must be something as office turning blind eye to this
As they would need to do route planning again

Re: Trolly lwt and htc
Considering employees have been ignoring trollies for the last decade?
Hills and inclines will have been identified in the original A+ and W.R.A.P. with the implementation of delivery methods. DOM Support is probably the best person to approach

Re: Trolly lwt and htc
I can’t believe HCT’s were passed for delivery, purely on health grounds. They are a green delivery though, so they’ll keep using them. They can be difficult to manoeuvre, get in the way of pedestrians and can be quite dangerous when crossing busy roads. They are very difficult to push uphill. If I get sent to another DO I insist on taking a van there.

Do they try to make you take a trolley instead of van
