Good,,that clown was alway's against strike action,,,now maybe we can get more determined action. And oh can I have a reduction in my subs as we won't be paying that clown £150,000 a year :nana

Ffs,don’t start internal slagging off our CWU Guys. Just concentrate on winning this battle & sticking together. Thompson must love every negative comment towards the CWU. I personally think TP has done a good job.

You are entitled to your opinion while others with a different opinion are allowed to voice theirs.
You think TP has done a good job. I think he is the worst DGSP we have ever had and may well be the last.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Totally agree CCR. But my point is that RM read this site & see us slagging off the Union. Must be music to their ears, plus the fact is how many on here are part of Thompson’s cronies? I’m sure TP had a health issue a couple of years ago,so let’s just see & hear any further news.

We are writing to advise you that Terry Pullinger, Deputy General Secretary Postal, was taken ill last Wednesday and is currently on sick leave.
Terry is currently at home and has been advised by his doctors to take a complete rest.
I know I speak on behalf of all our Branches, representatives and members in wishing Terry a speedy recovery and we all look forward to seeing him back very soon, playing a full role in leading and supporting our members in our current disputes.
In the meantime, Andy Furey, will carry out the role of Acting Deputy General Secretary Postal.
Yours sincerely

You lot constantly bang on about solidarity....and then come on a public forum slagging off Terry Pullinger, one of those trying their hardest to protect your terms and conditions - the very ones that Simon and Co are trying to feed into the shredder :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh :arrrghhh

Simon and the board must crying with laughter into their coffees, Simon is getting exactly as he wanted, he's playing a blinder.

Well, I for one wish Terry a full and speedy recovery, we obviously do not know what has happened but if it's related to the stress of what is going on at the moment - if he's even half sharp he'll jack in and let you backstabbers get on with it, with a new DGSP - wet behind the ears.

Unbelievable.
