Each individual unit is responsible for entering information regarding deductions. It's usually the bell end managers who fk up wage slips.

My strike day deductions were taken the same week as we were on strike so this week I've had nothing deducted. Are some having last weeks strike day deducted this week?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Makes no sense does it, you may have wanted to work or it could have been called off like Friday

Interesting that 3 hours overtime i did came to £37.20 which is £12.40/hour but the 8.5 hours taken off me for the strike day came to £113.56 which is £13.36/hour.
Im sure theres a good reason for this, anyone explain?

Without checking the actual figures, the money taken off will include the Delivery Supplement and any others you get - the overtime won't include any supplements and will be the standard hourly rate plus a few pence more.

Had a day deducted but Thursday was my day off, ended up going on on Friday under duress. Manager said they will sort it but we’ll see. Hopefully any strike breakers had their pay deducted as well and have to wait for it
