Only a year or so ago he praised us like many others did ,and there were also numerous visits to office's over the years.
Does he or will he have a say in our future or was he just doing his public duty

Sadly it’s the union and RM at the negotiating table. All this talk about getting the public on board, it’s The Queens mail etc I doubt will make no difference.Combine this with the last strike being called off , momentum being lost,It’s now a balls up.

End of the day, it's got bugger all to do with the King or the public despite what the union or us lot would like to think. We were sold off and been getting chewed up and spat out since. If the Queen didn't do anything after all them years of power, what makes you think The King is any different? You really got to question why people would mourn for someone who ultimately at the end of the day was comfortable watching people suffer from afar. Same with the public opinion, they can cheer us or boo us for what we do, it's ultimately our fight and the greedy CEOs. Such is the reality of the privatisation.

The only thing the Queen and king can do is appoint the government even if it was a left wing government must have been a hell of a conversation Liz Truss had being that she wanted to abolish the monarchy and was in favour of equality for all. What a remarkable conversion she has had but it is strange how soon after Boris and Liz she passed!

The name, Royal Mail, stems from the days when it was a public company, therefore, the monarch technically owned it.

It has been privatised, the monarch plays no part in it anymore.

Royal Mail is now a mis-leading title. Meant to fool people into thinking nothing really changed when it was sold to the likes of Simon Thompson.
