The deeper we get into autumn, the more that strike action will have an effect on the business.
Blimey O'Reilly, we have only had 2 seperate days of strikes so far, and it's been pandomonium in my office for the past week.
And being as understaffed as we are, the backlog isn't getting cleared any time soon.

ours is in complete chaos and obviously only tracks matter just doing one of two walks a day and rotating and sometimes not completing one as have to break off for tracks we will over a barrel if they bring in annualised hours

Different offices seem to be having different outcomes
.
Our office has been cleared the following day after industrial action.
I will wait and see what Saturday brings but I can assure u that numerous posties will be in early doing o/t to clear = nil effect imo.
