Post by blueboy37 »

I've been docked 8 hours from last week, presumabley for the strike. Thing is, I was on holiday.

Shouldn’t of docked you anything if you was on leave. I’m sure it will be rectified

that's your manager being lazy by the sound of it. If you are on leave on the psp I don't see how it can happen.

Same for me. Did you also get docked on the previous week for the first strike? Wage wise my numbers are all over the place on the last two payslips. Probably going to ring them tomorrow.

It was my Rota week and I just got a flat week as usual. Sounds like a lazy ComDom to me.

I don't think so. I'll be double checking though.

Thompson wants Royal Mail to be the Mickey Mouse company, of all Mickey Mouse companies.

Everyone needs to be checking how much they've been deducted per hour. Varies wildly in our office depending on the supplements you receive. HR have confirmed they have included monthly supplements in your weekly pay and therefore increasing your hourly rate. Eg £40 per month in supplements has been divided by 37 hours and added on to basic pay.

The managers cock everything up, even in your case when the person just had to do nothing, still managed to proactively cock your wages up
