Can Thompson answer this
Why do I have to do my half of a round lapsing of todays letters for me and my absent partner who there isn't anyone due to lack of staff
whilst I have 3 days mail in my other
frame.
After i do the lapsing for the 2 rounds and all the tracked for both rounds I am lucky todo a few loops of my own frame
Why is lapsing so important ?

Re: Can Thompson answer this
Simon says “lapsing is important because it pisses of the scum, increases profit for our glorious shareholders and allows me to stuff a few grand extra under my mattress. I don’t care about you, your customers, your lives or the service. I care only about me and my bonus. Now get back to work and shut up…….sorry, I mean, lapsing is important because it gives you, my beloved workforce, extra weeks leave in the summer. Well not really, but I don’t actually care”.

Team Simon Replies!
Please stop nagging, I’m married & the misses is constantly doing so as well.
This time she wants a £6000 handbag & £2000 shoes.
Where am I to find the money if it’s not from you.
I just want a quiet life, wkends off & several months abroad!

Team - you’re all - close to - the mark - and some very - good impressions - of Simon - but - you are missing - one important - thing - and that is - he writes like - this - which I - personally - find bizarre - for a CEO - of - such a big - company
The day is gonna come when we’re all gonna have to testify.

If one loop is taken out from every walk, Simon can say that no rounds failed in that office that day. It's about covering some of every walk each day with the minimum amount of staff being used.eastie wrote: ↑15 Aug 2022, 10:27Why do I have to do my half of a round lapsing of todays letters for me and my absent partner who there isn't anyone due to lack of staff

50% of the office mail could be left in and nobody would know about it. The biggest fear for them is having to report full walk failures, so that's how they get around it.
As the USO doesn't matter now, overtime is kept to a minimum cos managers don't have to cover walks when people go sick, they just get everyone else to take a loop as a priority then leave their own mail in if they are struggling.
The bs goes on and on.
Couldn't be easier for managers.
If 10,000 items fail that day, they'll say 3,000. Best guess is okay.

Simon couldn't answer his front door
from the way he speaks /writes I'd question the level of his education.....I mean this is random but with his past endeavours you would think one of the first things you would change would be the tracking on the royal mail website....its called track & trace ffs...

well any postie now being conducted now for wilful delay should have a good case for legal action.antthepost wrote: ↑15 Aug 2022, 18:53All those posties in the past being reprimanded or worse losing there jobs for willful delay , now we have company approved willful delay on a industrial scale.
