without the said manager making your life a misery once they hear about it ? My manager is a classic bullying one. I’ve noted and dated all the days I think they stepped over the line for the last 6 months. What’s the best way ? Thanks.

Ps. Our union rep is genuinely useless so can’t use him.

Good question, I was saying the same only the other day. Without a DOM in the office like ours, alot of the managers can do and say what they want or seem to. If you've got a problem with one of them say, they'll all stick together like glue.
Hope you get it resolved somehow mate. Good luck.

First get on to the area rep, tell them why you're sidestepping the office rep. Hopefully that will start some improvement in your office representation. You should then at least have some kind of support and a witness.
Get others involved, maybe to corroborate as witnesses or to add their own experiences and there is safety in numbers.

Best advice DOCUMENT every interaction with this person good or bad and keep as evidence (date /time etc ) this will be very useful if you bring a grievance as you can prove what was said because this will be the first thing an investigation will ask you and then you can be clear about what went on and good luckSeagull1983 wrote: ↑12 Aug 2022, 05:37without the said manager making your life a misery once they hear about it ?
