Hi

I left Royal Mail about 18months ago now when my wife was rushed to hospital and needed me at home for recovery. It was an emergency so I couldn’t work notice. When things were better I asked at my ok DO if I would be ok to apply and the manager said yes. First interview I failed on eye test (fair enough I’ve since got glasses ) 2nd I didn’t score high enough apparently I didn’t talk about resiliency even though I told them I was a posty through cv19 and had worked through the snow and occasionally done double post. Since the I applied through an agency for a van job passed check did all my training for them to say my old DO didn’t want me. What gives is there a shortlist or what
