Later starts if you don't complete delivery
Our Dom told us today if people don't want to work overtime and complete the delivery they will have to start later to give them more time outside.most people that don't work overtime to complete can't because of commitments. So this action will mess us up whatever by a later finish.cant compete with the Muppets who start early and don't take break.have left message for a reply on reps phone but no reply. Still hoping it's just a threat as seems like discrimination

I think even in the crazy RM climate they still need to give you 2 weeks notice.

Start times are decided by the revision process not bitter managers.
Get your rep to put in a disagreement based on the precedent it would set across the entire office.
You put in an individual grievance based on the fact that you are being singled out and punished outside Royal Mail's own procedures.
Turn up at your usual time.

Also threatened to move people onto other walks.if they can't complete them obviously you must be the problem so you might be dismissed.Unless you want to stay out and get done then no problems.
