Hello, I have two questions: I would like to ask if I had 3 sick days in May and now if I am sick for a week, will I have a attendece review with a total of 10 sick days? One was a cold and I currently have stomach flu.
Second question: The doctor advised me to stay at home until Friday 5/08, issuing a sick leave, but if I feel better, can I come back earlier?

Re: Attendence Review question
The risk is, coming back, then realising you are not well enough, then going off again will count as an additional sick period. So stay off until you are sure you are well enoughStryjo wrote: ↑02 Aug 2022, 10:35Hello, I have two questions: I would like to ask if I had 3 sick days in May and now if I am sick for a week, will I have a attendece review with a total of 10 sick days? Re: Attendence Review question
more than 4 absences or 14 days in one year will trigger an attendance review. So in your case 2 absences and 10 days will NOT trigger an attendance review.
