Weeks removed for November 2023

Just received our leave forms and only the week commencing 6th of November is available.

Union says they didn't agree it is this a new national thing?

I always have a week in November after my long weekend which is a nice recharge before things really go mad at the very end of November start of December.....

So that's the best part of 2 months off the table and it's hard enough getting leave when you want it as it is

I think it’s more busy in November than December for Xmas stuff
and I think these half-wits have just realised this and
don’t want anyone taking holidays in November
Bet you they’ll start making everyone take 3 weeks in the summer

Last week in November not allowed at ours but first week in December is so I picked it

I would have thought you'd be recharged enough already given how quiet it is right now with the lack of parcels, the new management structure allowing more support, and plenty of staff recruited.

I'm not so sure that it's going to be as busy in the run up to Xmas this year, with the cost of living crisis, when fuel/electric and food costs are eating a significant chunk out of people's budgets
