With the new pay agreement talking about utilising all hours and long and shorts coming in job and finish is now a thing of the past :chuckle

In an era where Reps and decent members cannot get through to idiots who continue to cuts corners, use cars, miss meal reliefs the end of job and finish is the best thing that could happen and in my opinion RM are playing right into our hands with this move!!

Spot on Lovejoy. We have stopped all members from cutting up the job and they now actually enjoy the more relaxed enviroment. Job and done benefits only the company. everytime you make 2,3 hours this company will look to take them out with an easy argument.

Couldn't agree more LJ, but on a note of caution lets try and second guess RM's next divisive move.My moneys on piece work, payment by volume for DO's. All of a sudden the USO becomes much more affordable
