Got sent this link from up North, a van has overturned in Liverpool, had a look on Streetview where it happened and I'm quite puzzled as to how you could tip it over.

into the sign. Hope driver is ok. What's bizarre is that if you check the street view a little further down that slip road
there is actually what appears to be another RM LGV going down the slip road!
