Attendance review delay clarification

My last sick absence was over 2 months ago in the second week of May and I haven't been off since. That absence prompted a Review 2 being triggered at the time and I'm only being invited to a meeting about it now, for next week.
Surely this is too late and timed out and should not be issued, I'm being told by HR and the Union that it shoud have been done within a month, is that correct?

You are right in what u say about being time limits etc on stage reviews but it also says a reasonable amount of time put in that what u will and as always get a rep involved and fight your corner and good luck
