Peoples App

Is anyone today having a problem with the peoples app,I can’t access the workplace
Error message SAP U15 showing on all the tiles.

What's going on here ?

I can login to the App and get authenticated but after that you're in limbo-land with nothing appearing on the page , no features .

The only thing available is the options menu and that is useless with no contact details for help or advice . The error log is something technical and intended for diagnostics by god knows who !

Weirdly , my wife who also has the app but has always had it with ' remember me ' enabled meaning she doesn't login , her app works fine with all features enabled and working !!

The app sums up Royal Mail - all features but nothing works !!

Hope it not another Cypher attack it is still down, there is allot of improvement information about people on there. RM security is very weak.

This is what I did..

When you open the app, double tap so the menu comes up. Tap settings, and then clear log, clear cache and clear all application settings. Then log in again.

Can access payslips and everything now.
