Shares not being added - help please

Hello guys every week I put £20 into the share plan matching scheme I do it every week on the sight it says my last contribution was in June but it’s been taken every week since this week out my wage

Had anyone got the same problem ?

It's taken weekly for weekly paid staff or monthly for monthly paid staff, but the shares are bought monthly, about the 15th.

Same issue. Now on aug 3rd but my shares last updated end of june?
