tracked, no photo requested EVER !

hi guys, does anyone know why certain tracked don't appear yellow on the PDA and therefore require a photo ?

its just I deliver regularly to one business and not once has it ever requested a photo for a tracked I have delivered there, dozen of times from all over the country

wondering if they have a scam going or if there is a genuine reason

Tracked returns for some reason don't trigger a photo perhaps that's what they are if it's to business.

Also tracked postage bought online if you are a personal customer rather than business doesn't require photo at delivery.
