You get an allowance for early starts It's in the Pay Rate Guide- CWU Represented 35 Hour Full Time OPG Grades, Guide For Employees that your manager should be able to print off or your rep.2yearpostie wrote: ↑02 Jul 2022, 17:29Im a PIC, you get nothing extra, also nothing for the early morning they just alter your start/finish times.

Re: Person in control (PIC)
PIC does get an allowance. You have to hit certain criteria though. There has to be a certain amount of people on duty while you are acting as PIC. I did the late locker and was last out so I got the PIC allowance as eight people were still out on hybrid duties. Can't remember how much it was.
EDIT. It was leadership allowance I got. I imagine it's a similar thing.

If you get the delivery supplement you can not get the early start allowance.General Mannerheim wrote: ↑03 Jul 2022, 20:21You get an allowance for early starts It's in the Pay Rate Guide- CWU Represented 35 Hour Full Time OPG Grades, Guide For Employees that your manager should be able to print off or your rep.2yearpostie wrote: ↑02 Jul 2022, 17:29Im a PIC, you get nothing extra, also nothing for the early morning they just alter your start/finish times.
I think it's from 4:30am you can not get that allowance
