Feeling curious - and not well informed at RMC
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Only been in the job a month and I've had 2 pick ups. 1st one said the parcel wasn't ready for delivery and the 2nd one told me they cancelled the pick up online. Didn't come through as cancelled on PDA and wasted minutes on my round.

Just after we started collecting parcels we got one on our delivery and would believe the house was across the road from a sub post office! We parked in the post office forecourt and walked across the road to collect it, and he must have paid for that!
