I think it depends on the circumstances, for example if your PDA had been sat still for an hour but you were booking excessive overtime or bringing mail back at your finishing time then I'd imagine they could use that as evidence.

Not to monitor your delivery speed.

However if you were going off route and going home etc then breaking off then yes.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........
