Re: National d2d prep rate.
It used to be 4 minutes for 1/6th of 500 when we did them daily. So 4 minutes for 83.
43 minutes would suggest a duty of about 850 calls.

Re: National d2d prep rate.
I don’t think there is an agreement because every d2d is different. You should have an agreed model week amount in your office. Ours is 2 and all should be prepped on a Monday. If we go above 2 contracts then extra resourcing is needed.

NO NESTING ?
For us Monday is really long so we prep them all after we finish delivery.

Re: National d2d prep rate.
It's a resourcing figure not a performance figure.
It's a should take time rather than a must take time.
It's also an average so some specific D2D take longer.
43/min for one sounds about right but the numbers change with the number of D2D.
You're not supposed to nest, that's always been the case but almost everybody does.

Re: National d2d prep rate.
Also it depends on the quality of the d2d... This week's RM leaflets ("your postie will collect your parcel from your door!") are slippery little blighters that took me longer to prep than they should. They also rip themselves to shreds if you touch them with an elastic band
