first week of sick

If i worked on monday but was off tues/weds/thurs/fri/sat, but my day off would have been thursday ,would i be due back Monday or tuesday without the need for a sick note ?

Tuesday

self cert first 7 days which would be Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat Sun and Mon

Day off and the sunday is included as sick days
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next
