I was tasked (on overtime) with 2 loops of Mail/packets and a dozen oversize parcels for an unfamiliar area. I did any delivery scans for the Mail/packets in outdoor using the relevant walk route header.
I used Google maps on my phone to route plan for the parcels. I understand there’s a way of doing this using the RON app. I believe though this requires a different non-geographic barcode for the route header and link between RON and outdoor. Is it possible to switch between both route headers for the separate operations?
There’s probably an easier way of doing this but I’m still learning after only 6 months in the role.
