Parcel Delivery Driver Jobs advertised by Royal Mail

Just noticed several Royal Mail Parcel Delivery Driver jobs in my area on Totaljobs.com working between 11.00 and 19.00 Monday to Sunday. Looks like the changes are already being brought in regardless!

Looks like they want to get rid of agency (that just do parcels on a Sunday) for cheaper employees.

How about offering all staff the Sunday premium that people with Sundays in their contract get, I’m sure there would be takers.

Wonder if it's to replace the existing LAT type overtime, 4 hours pay regardless of how many items they deliver, this would provide RM with a flexible workforce who only get paid for the time they work.
