I've been getting excellent support from OH due mental health for over a year now (not all work doing)..
2 weeks ago I had call from them all arrange by boss. It was disgusting. They phone up 45 mins early ,it lasted 22 mins and I came from the call more stressed than I have been fir months.I won't go into details but even my GP was disgusted with the report. My boss was not happy about and said he will get in touch with them.Ive heared nothing back yet.I want to escalate this as if it would have been somebody's first experience with them they could have ended up in an unsafe place.Any ideas on how I can get this moving.

I would think You need to take it up with Your boss.Royal Mail pay good money to a private company for these referrals.It is meant to look after you and help Royal Mail regarding you in a work environment. Sounds like the company has failed here.
