Where's part of the acknowledgment that we have the best workforce in the industry, and how we're being rewarded for what we can do.
We can't be compared to other companies when they don't do what we do, we are different.
We are a letters and parcels business as well.
If you want the best workforce to be on board, how you're going to show us that we're the best and make us feel like that.

Things to be excited about, so many things to be excited about. i mean, you know, we are the only business that goes everywhere every day. it's amazing, people would die to have our network, we are the only business, in my opinion and what the statistics say as well that has that wonderful trusted relationship at the doorstep.
And we're pioneering so many things. it was funny, you might remember we did the drones released the other day. didn't we, remember it. i mean, it was all over the news. it was like crazy all over the news. you know, we're playing the game with barcoded stamps can be amazing to see what we can do with that particular piece in terms of the barcoded stamps. let us to really innovate as a business. i could go on and on.
But I want to pick up on something which is sort of connected to that because I was reading something on workplace earlier on today, which to be honest with, it's been irritating for me for two or three days, so I might as well seize it.
You know team, there was something that I've been reading and it's sort of touched on the question we've had here which is I kept reading how can the board members of this company, not their people right, and I've read it two or three times and to be honest, it is really irritating me.
Because I just want everyone out there to understand that there is absolutely no way at all that royal mail as a company would ever recruit anybody in this company, particularly at the most senior levels that does not care about people, because it's the people here that make the company magical and I just wanted to hear that from me. and by the way, it's true, it's not today's sort of spin it's true, it's absolutely true.

The job is 3 fundamental basics
COLLECT/SORT/DELIVER
and that is done by the grass roots of the organisation
We only need the minimum Senior personnel and we have far from that
Non Executive Directors ??
What contribution can they make on a part time basis ??
Recently forked out over £1.25 million in salaries to 4 new Senior Management ??
WHY ??
Funnily enough more postmen leaving this job than in the 20 plusy years i worked
