HR won't give me my P60 [mortgage application is stuck as result]

As part of a mortgage application, I have been asked to provide my P60.
I contacted HR online, receiving an email response declining to send me out a P60 because:

"We have been advised that P60s will be available to view on the People App from next week, please keep checking on the app. We are unable to request a copy of this P60 at the present time"

This has halted the process of us buying the home we've agreed to buy, understandably the sellers are worried and becoming impatient, pressuring us fr updates. The sale is at increased risk of falling through as time goes by.

I see the P60 feature has appeared on the app, however, it is not working because I see no P60 (my mate in work has checked too and she couldn't see hers).

Does anyone have any advice on how I can persuade or in any way, motivate them to provide me with a pdf or print-out?

Really frustrating, embarrassing and stressful but RM seem apathetic.

Would a copy of week 52 payslip be acceptable?

I'd be inclined to ask specifically why the lender needs the P60 and a Week 52 pay slip won't suffice for the same details (from RM at least) if RM aren't helping much.

Just tell the lender RM is having a tech issue right now that you can't access a P60, but you can offer the full 52 weeks of pay slips in stead if they must.. if this is a problem, then well, they can pass that on to the sellers, you can show and prove this, it'd be the lender holding it up, not you.
