MRM.COM : The Big Trust Survey 2022

Post by POSTMAN »

https://www.myroyalmail.com/news/2022/0 ... urvey-2022

Playing a role in shaping our culture and, ultimately, our future

Last April, we ran our first Big Trust Survey with over 66,000 colleagues taking part. Over 95,000 colleagues have since shared their views through the monthly Trust Check-in Surveys, playing a role in shaping our culture and, ultimately, our future.

Hearing what was important to you has meant that we’ve been better equipped to act on your feedback, making targeted local improvements. We’ve seen some really positive changes take place over the last 12 months, but there’s more to do to continue to improve the culture for everyone, everywhere.

The Big Trust Survey 2022 will be open from 4 – 24 April.

Managers and admin colleagues will be emailed a survey link, while frontline teams will access through a QR code, weblink or via Royal Mail’s People App.

Based on feedback - and in the spirit of making it as easy as possible to drive participation - we’re currently in the testing phase to enable the survey to be completed via PDAs and SISO consoles. Further details about this to be provided closer to the survey launch.

Don't forget, the Big Trust Survey feedback will be completely anonymous and not linked back you as to an individual.

We are committed to listening and want to hear every voice to ensure we remain focused on the things that really matter to you.

If you have any questions, please email the engagement team at culture.engagement.team@royalmail.com

Presumably it's not anonymous if you do the survey on the app or your PDA

No issues filling it in whether it is anonymous or not - it is just pointless. It is all talk, there is no trust and certainly no interest in what the people who do the job actually think. Not looking forward to Terry Bullshitter nodding his head in agreement with how wonderful everything is.

Amem..... I haven't bothered for years. IMO it's just gathering data to justify some office wallahs pumping out pie charts to justify their overpaid existance. The money would be better spent transferring those staff to frontline Delivery Offices and actually delivering some mail! :cuppa

Big Trust Survey 2022 countdown
28 March 2022

Dear Simon,

Big Trust Survey 2022 will be open from 4 - 24 April.
We're now into the final countdown with just one week to go until the survey opens.
I'm pleased to announce that we have completed testing to enable the survey to be accessed via
PDAs.

This will be available as an access point for frontline colleagues when the survey opens
next week. I hope to see even greater participation as a result, following colleague requests for
more convenient access.

This will be in addition to the other access points available to frontline teams - scanning the QR
code, entering the weblink or via Royal Mail's People App.

Our survey supplier, Qualtrics, will email the survey link directly to managers and admin
colleagues on Monday 4 April, so look out for this email.

We're committed to listening and want to hear every voice to ensure we remain focussed on the
things that really matter to you. We look forward to hearing from you next week.

Don't forget, our Big Trust Survey feedback process is completely anonymous and not linked
back you as to an individual.

If you have any questions, please email the engagement team at
culture engagement.team@royalmail.com

Thank you.

Team - just in - and as promised - this year the Big Trust Survey can be accessed via the PDAs - and before you ask it remains anonymous….
We want to hear from everyone if at all possible - response rates are now high - we would like them to be very high - the more the better - thank you-Mwah xxx

So, if you complete this survey on the PDA how is it anonymous?

I do not trust any surveys that states it is anonymous that requires me to logon or where I have to enter a code to access it. It is like those scam emails and texts asking you to input your details and they empty your bank account
Everything will be OK in the end, If it's not OK, then its not the end.

I always thought the paper surveys with the individual number were a bit strange. When our manager came around handing them out we used to swap them amongst ourselves, the managers face was a picture :Very Happy

Complete and utter pointless exercise apart from box ticking for those in there comfy offices on huge salaries.

Personally I think either nobody should fill it in or everyone should and print there survey and send it to the union and then they should earn there money and release the real result not just a cherry picked couple of questions.

I won't hold my breath though

This years results might be interesting as the managers won’t be in any mood to put dozens of positive surveys in.
