Take your hours with you?

There is a duty that has come up and is being advertised as 25hrs, the thing is it used to be full time. I would like to pick this duty but have been told as I am full time I am unable to do so. I don’t see the problem as it’s a van share and surely I take my hours with me? 3 duties have come up and I am unable to pick any as they keep being advertised as 25hrs.

Rightly or Wrongly the job you are after is now classed as Part Time ( 25 Hrs ) , no doubt the Van Share Partner Preps both duties , your Full Time 37 Hrs ,How are you going to fill your remaining 12 Hrs
