Been a few weeks now since Terry made his announcement for a 7/8 % no stings pay rise to start in April . We are very nearly there Terry , any updates for your members ?

7 - 8% when did he mention that ? anyway as far i am concerned is we should be going to a 35 hr week in April due to the all singing and dancing agreement which by the way our new leader thompson says he is standing by , but any pay deal dont bank on anything till October as thats how it usually works , and then most just think of the back pay and vote yes , but we shall see .

He put a video out a few weeks ago saying he told Royal Mail he wanted a pay rise with no strings attached to kick in start of April . Previous agreements usually get back dated 6/8 months, this isn’t acceptable in the current financial climate.
