We've had our union rep going round to all the notorious early finishers with a leaflet about SISO and saying "this is when you get screwed"

I like the idea of clock in and clock out as I hate the faff of having to fill in a sheet and have it signed off as if we aren't trusted....
problem with it coming in is they probably won't let you chat at all in the depot, in the yard etc etc.... the workplace will be run like a sweatshop.

SISO is being trialled for 2 weeks in 6 DOs starting today. If all goes well you will see them in offices early in the new financial year.

The accountants at the top know full well that delivery offices are haemorrhaging money because of piss poor management, this will highlight all the early finishing times, hours paid and not worked. Expect duties to be culled and the remaining to be massive.
CUT OFF!!!

They may well be surprised at the amount of people coming in early and not taking breaks, it may end up costing more than it saves.

So if posties decide to come in early (without being asked to by management) then they'll get paid overtime according to when they sign in?2yearpostie wrote: ↑15 Mar 2022, 07:34They may well be surprised at the amount of people coming in early and not taking breaks, it may end up costing more than it saves.
