What’s your go to footwear for this job?
Banderas are ok but a little stiff and take time to wear in
My personal Skechers are the most comfortable but maybe not hard wearing enough
Anyone got any recommendations?

I swear Nike downshifters. Royal Mail shoes are just way too heavy for me.

I wear new balance 410v7 trail running shoes. Great support and super light. Only when it's not raining though. Always have to have an argument about not wearing royal mail trainers but it's my feet and I know them better than royal mail

Just make sure you don’t have an accident on delivery because they will blame you for not wearing the correct footwear

Just wear RM footwear in the office, change when you get out there.

I work indoors but have worn Skechers Grinnel for the past couple of years doing 15000 steps + daily.
At home I wear Skechers Escape Plan, the only "normal" trainers I have found with a decent sole, my current pair have lasted nearly 3 years.
I normally do at least 10000 steps a day over my 3 day weekend.
Both offer good support to the arches and cushioned insoles.

I wear light weight Sketchers in the office and change into RM shoes before i go out on delivery. Iam walking around 23-25k steps a day and it wears out shoes at an alarming rate. My current RM favs are the newer Magnams. They are heavy but quite comfy.

Karrimor Surge WTX, great support for the foot, nicely priced and good when wet, unless it is heavy downpours and only wellies would do

ignore the scaremongering about own footwear
if you get a very easily obtained doctors note then you qualify for the personal allowance
they may insist on you "spoiling" several pairs of clogs, just return any cacked in doggy doo dar

I wear what rm supply coz I'm to cheap to buy my own and I usually wear them when I'm not at work too.in fact I haven't bought shoes for years..
