My office is undergoing a full resign, my duty has not changed, can my duty be removed from the resign and can I keep my duty?

The Way Forward is over 20 years old, and one of the best agreements secured through collective bargaining. Only problem being is it is out of date and no longer fit for the 21st century as it now contravenes various pieces of statutory legislation including the Equality Act.
They can take your example of no major change in duty content out of the resign process and ring-fence for an employee with a disability. It also contravenes equal treatment with employees in the same grade (OPG)
They can also decline if the employer can show an economic or technological reason with needs of the business

You need to remember despite the spiel from interested parties, revisions or redesign, as they now call them, are there to take hours out of an office with efficiency savings.
