Full time Pay rate

Hi
Can someone give me the full time pay rate per hour, for 37 hours, after the latest revision is in? ( FT has just dropped in our office from 38 to 37 hours)

Not including any allowances or SA etc. - from your last pay chit - add your basic pay and delivery supplement together and divide by 37.

Thanks Yellowbelly, but I know how to work it out. The thing is I have gone from Part time to FT as part of the office implementation of the 37 hour from 38 hours. As a part timer before the 37 hour change my attendance was not going to change, but my pay rate would have gone up to reflect the shorter working week. (as does it does in effect for people going from 38 hours to 37 hours, in that they get the same weekly wage). As I understand this it means that the hourly rate should go up. However mine has not changed from what it was before the resign. So I need to know the hourly rate (without any supplements, etc for an OPG after the 37 hour full time week is implemented?

The basic weekly rate (outside London, after twelve months service) since April 2021 is £458.04. DIvide that by 37 or 38 as appropriate for your office.

Ok, how do you work that out? I did it by multiplying the headline rate in this document, £453.50, by 1.01, comparing that to the "Pay Rate" that appears in the heading of my pay slip, and confirming that it matches (to within rounding): £458.04. Where are you getting the extra £1.20 a week from?

In February 2021 a pay rise of 2.7% increased my PAY RATE to £454.69
In April 2021 (tax period 01) a pay rise of 1% increased my PAY RATE to £459.24**

The SWW was implemented (*tax period 17) meaning the pay rate stayed the same but my Basic pay increased (2.7%) as i only work a 20 hour week.
* This would vary at different offices/MC's/RDC's depending on local agreements.
**Not London rate

Sorry if I came across a bit flippant, now you've explained the background understand your OP. Some colleagues were in the
same situation as yourself and it took a bit of heated discussion between those colleagues and manager to get the pay rise
implemented for them, seems to be another issue that the payroll computer couldn't cope with automatically.

And on mine, £458.04. I wonder why you're getting £1.20/week more than me basic? (Plenty of reasons you might be getting a different amount after considering allowances and supplements.)

Thank guys. It seems I am being underpaid, They have now sent me a variation in contract letter and it states, as some mention above it should be £458.04 for FT 37 hours. I am only getting £445.99, time to crack some heads, I think. I fear these clowns will mess up my leave too, so that will be the next fight.

You will be on 35 hours not 37.
