Ordering uniform on app problems

Hi maybe someone can enlighten me on how to get in to the uniform ordering site on the royal mail app, i have no problem getting to pay slips or shares info or anything else apart fro the uniform site, i put in my pay number in the user name and also the correct password I've used on the app but all i get is check you user name or password which when entered repeatedly gets me know where

Think you need to use your user id and password for the uniform ordering site the first time in from the app

I've put in my user ID and the only PWD i use on the app, and get nowhere and if i go down the forgot user id pwd route it goes to a screen asking for my email then tells me it doesn't recognise the email the other reset options are a text and mem information these freeze and won't allow to be used so your back too square one, i think ill ring the customer services on monday

Have you used the uniform ordering website before?

No this is the first i thought it would be easier than going to the mgr and i could see any new uniform additions but maybe its not worth the bother

As far as I know, frontline staff can't order the new uniform directly now and it has to go through your manager.

There was a cut off date a few weeks back and now the ordering portal is only for non postmen/women

Ok thank you ill send a message to HR asking them to make that clear if that's the case

All the new uniforms have now been given to brand new customers only!
