36 HR week

We are supposed to be dropping to a 35 hour week but none of us know the timescale for this yet.

4 pillars agreement F/T current 38 hour staff should be on 35 hours by April 2022!!!. Great union, where are you on this issue?. The agreement was voted for so why hasn't it been honoured???

Our strategy has not changed our aim is to achieve a 35 hour gross working week with paid meal reliefs and no loss of pay.

However first and foremost we have submitted for a no strings inflation pay deal. Then we will get into the further talks on revisions and shorter working week etc

What is the no strings deal as a percentage you have submitted?

'he stated 'inflation or above'' for the pay rise. inflation is currently 5.5%. expected to reach 7% by spring. can ANYONE see us getting 5.5 let alone 7%.
