We did 3 for years.

But now only 2, to make it fair(ish). Because some people can barely do 1.

Double prep in our office
If i prepped 3 walks that would leave me around 3hours for outdoor work which would be fine by me :nana

I think the guys at our office did 4-5 each today. Not sure if it was just the seq + walk sort or manual as well. Heard them moaning about it even though they finished it about 30 min ahead of schedule.

Depends on the number of calls, double / single slots etc. Our walks average about 650 calls. The 5 walk prep guys had about 2hr 15min for prep

Local agreement
You can understand this if the one duty gets 1500 items and each of the three get 500 items each.
That would be a fair distribution of the workload.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Workload has and never will be decided by facts and figures. It's all about the noise made.

It should be if your rep is doing their job in the resourcing meeting.
If you resource to workload it becomes impossible to carry people.

How do you manage that? You'd have 8 trays of mech to put in on average to start with in my office and then at least a couple of trays of loose and what about the d2ds? How much indoor time have you got?
