Extreme weather
We are expecting gale force winds on Friday in the south of 72mph can colleagues who have experienced such weather inform us whether the company put in place safety measures and if so what were they?

Sitting at home I can hear the wind blowing round my house which doesn't happen often, I'm thinking how safe is it going to be tomorrow as trains have been cancelled, high sided buses may struggle, vans going over exposed areas.

Well not to give away anything I'm North of the border on the coast not saying which one but we have had gale force winds and rain for 3 weeks now lots of damage etc etc stay safe try not to die is about all the advice we get....

We're all trained not to enter a property if there is a perceived risk. Endorse the mail, bring it back. Surely 100mph wind on your entire walk is a risk? Only surpassed by imprinted concrete drives....

Also you have to remember we are key workers were not normal humans like ordinary run of the mill workers.we worked through a pandemic because we're immune to catching viruses and weather has no effect on us either we don't get wet or blown about like other people were key w#nkers sorry workers.
